You can cancel your order within 6 hours after placing it. To cancel, go to My Order and click on the Cancel Request option and submit the reason why you want to cancel the order.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, food items, including tea leaves and other consumables, are not eligible for return. All sales of food products are final.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
